Location is perfect, I love being able to walk across the street to the park and restaurants. Jacquelin is my favorite housekeeper ever, very friendly person! I appreciate being able to grab sleepy time tea from downstairs at night - a lot of hotels close this area off after breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, when I complained about my bed, they offered a better room without hesitation, and that made me feel appreciated. Location is awesome.

Please.....If your staff for housekeeping.... Make sure that all lines are changed.... My companion and I come...almost three to four times out of the month....to relax...& Have fun... This is a quiet place...

Desk manager accommodated request for two queens per room. Very nice. Breakfast good.

Despite the current remodeling, everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Since renovation was on going there was a bit of dirt & stuff in elevators but amazingly quiet considering work was happening on 2 floors. I thought I had been assigned room with balcony but was on other side of building. This was not such a big deal, just a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good & the folks working in kitchen area were very helpful & nice.
